The master bedroom on the top floor has a kingsize bed and lovely views over the water, plus an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, whilst the third has two single beds.
There is a further spotless family bathroom (with a bath and shower over) plus a downstairs WC.
The dining kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus a table to seat up to six. Patio doors lead from the open plan lounge-diner out onto the private decked terrace, complete with outdoor dining table offering views over the waterway.
Central heating is available when you need it, WiFi is free, and there is are two car parking spaces available on the driveway.
Based in the attractive South Harbour area of Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne, the house offers easy access to Eastbourne (with direct train access to Brighton, Lewes, London) and is just a short drive from Bexhill, Hastings and Hailsham.
Rentals run Friday to Friday across most of the year but flexible check-in days are possible off-season and last minute. Weekly rentals from £595 per week in January with potential discounts for longer stays.
