Eastbourne town centre is a pleasant stroll away, along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive. Eastbourne train station has direct links to London Waterloo and London Bridge, plus Lewes, Brighton, Ashford and Gatwick Airport.

The modern family-sized short let offers great value with four generous bedrooms to sleep up to six people with bags of living space to enjoy.

On the ground floor there is a very large lounge, with great natural light, with two new sofas and a comfy armchair, plus a large multi-channel TV. Doors lead from the lounge out into the private and enclosed rear garden.

There is a separate dining room with seating for up to six people and also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine,complete with all the utensils to make your family meals.

Walk through the kitchen and into the large conservatory with comfortable seating, proving more space for large families. Patio doors lead out into the garden.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms are large. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, stacks of built-in storage and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed whilst the remaining two have single beds, but ample remaining space to make sure that no one feels short-changed!

The separate family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.

WiFi is available for all guests and there is driveway parking for at least four cars.

Rental information

Bookings run up to the end of June 2017 for a minimum of week from just £595 up to £995. The costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit.
