The family accommodation is split between a kingsize bedroom (which can also be set up as a twin if required) and a separate bunkbed room, whilst the open plan living space enjoys bags of natural light.

In the lounge, you’ve a sofa and armchairs, and the flatscreen smart TV allows internet browsing and you can catch up on your favourite programmes through BBCiPlayer or log into your Netflix account.  The kitchen includes a fridge, hob, microwave, oven (no dishwasher) and there is small washing machine in the bathroom.

All bed linen and towels are provided, along with little extras such toilet paper, handwash, cleaning supplies and enough tea, coffee and sugar for welcome drinks.  WiFi available and parking permits can be bought for just £2 per day (Sundays free) for on-street parking.

Week-long bookings in this apartment in central Eastbourne run from Saturday to Saturday and cost from £495 in winter. Discounts possible for longer rentals. Out of season and last minute, short breaks and flexible check in days may also be possible.
