Stylish short stay accommodation in Sovereign Harbour
Moments from the inner quay in the prestigious Sovereign Harbour, the three-storey townhouse is ideal for those in between house moves, in need of temporary accommodation or just to escape the builders back home!
Modern family-sized home for short stays
The house has been extended to offer a spacious, liveable home you will want to spend time in.
The dining-kitchen area is bathed in natural light, with under-floor heating and comfortable seating, offering a wonderful area to socialise and catch up. Bi-folding doors can be opened across the full width of the house onto the patio for a delightful alfresco feeling.
The immaculate kitchen is extremely well equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and double oven, plus a sink with an instant, boiling hot water dispenser.
A separate utility room houses a washer-dryer and there is a toilet on this ground floor level.
Upstairs a large lounge with two large sofas and TV. Juliette-style balcony doors open to the rear garden for lovely light and views.
The first floor double bedroom has plenty of storage space in its triple wardrobe. On the top floor is the master bedroom, with an ensuite shower room. This top floor also has two single bedrooms and the main family bathroom, with a bath and shower over.
WiFi is provided, along with all towels and linen, and there is driveway parking for two cars at this short stay accommodation.
Just behind the nearby Waterfront, the Sovereign Harbour retail area includes an Asda supermarket, Boots pharmacy, TK Maxx, Next and various other stores, as well as a Cineworld Multiplex. Eastbourne town centre, with its theatres, art gallery and wider selection of restaurants, is around four miles away – a short drive or a very pleasant stroll along the seafront promenade.
This holiday home is available from late May up to the end of September only.
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday starting at £795 per week and ranging to £1095 per week, although flexible arrival days may be possible. The costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit.
