This picture pristine house is located just a five minute drive into the centre of Eastbourne where you can find the nearest local train station (perfect for commuters travelling to Hastings, Lewis, Brighton and London Victoria) along with restaurants, bars, clubs and shops.  And if you fancy staying closer to home, just a 10 minute walk away is a retail park with a cinema complex, shops, restaurants and a massive Asda supermarket.

Set over four floors (so stairs are involved), this is a spacious and light property, sleeping up to five people across three bedrooms.  The master suite, on the top floor, has a double bed, ensuite shower room, large mirrored fitted wardrobes and huge sliding doors opening up to the balcony. When you need to sleep, beautiful shuttered doors can be folded across to darken the room.  The third floor has a double bedroom with a family bathroom containing a bath and over shower. The top floor also boasts a single bedroom.

The main living space is on the first floor – which is actually ground level at the seafront side and offers direct access to the patio garden. This huge, open plan room boasts a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and kitchen utensils along with a dining area in the middle. A utility room located on the ground floor has additional fridge-freezer space and washing facilities. Then a relaxing lounge area with leather sofa, TV with BT YouView and Sky Sports, plus WiFi is available to all guests.If you can’t agree what to watch, or just want to escape with a book, there is another contemporary feeling lounge on the floor above.

You also have access to the garage – which is ideal if you want to store bikes or watersports equipment – and if you hit mud on the Downs, there is a shower room on that entry level to freshen up in.

There is an allocated parking space in front of the house, and a burglar alarm for added peace of mind – although this is a very safe and welcoming area.

Bookings in this harbour front home run from Saturday to Saturday starting at £995 per week, although flexible arrival days and shorter stays may be possible. The costs include the weekly rent, plus a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit is also required.
