The living-dining area has a large, L-shaped sofa for relaxation in front of a large TV and DVD player. A small dining table seats two.
The separate, contemporary kitchen is very thoughtfully equipped. It includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher and a multitude of utensils, crockery and cutlery. A separate utility cupboard outside the property houses a freezer and a washer dryer.
The bedroom has a comfy kingsize bed and offers direct access to the private courtyard, where you can enjoy a glass of wine at a small table and chairs.
Off the bedroom is also a separate, spotless bathroom with a walk in shower. There is fully controllable central heating when required, plus lashings of hot water.
All bed linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels). There are also little extras provided such toilet paper, handwash, cleaning supplies and enough tea, coffee and sugar for welcome drinks. WiFi available and parking permits can be bought from our team for on-street parking (ask us for details/prices).
Rental information
Bookings are usually for a minimum of a week, although shorter stays may be possible out of season or last minute. The costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit (will be higher for stays of three weeks or more).
