It is just a stone’s throw from Church Street in Old Town, with Waitrose supermarket and the Lamb Inn, one of Eastbourne’s oldest pubs.  The Spice Garden offers Indian treats and the Two Bulls Steakhouse is just a short stroll away.

This elegant Victorian terrace has two bedrooms can sleep up to four people comfortably.  A travel cot can also be provided for a family with a baby.

The cottage is spacious with an open-plan sitting room and dining area which can be divided for greater separation (so ideal for families or those in need of quiet space).

The self catering cottage has two bedrooms – the master offering a king-size bed whilst the second has two single beds.

The kitchen is stylish but practical, with a cooker, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, microwave and all the equipment you’ll need for full self-catering.

French doors lead into the private rear garden with a BBQ and table and chairs.

There is a spotless bathroom, with a walk-in shower and separate bath.  WiFi is provided, and parking is free of charge on the street outside.

Rental information

Bookings are usually for a minimum of a week, although shorter stays may be possible out of season or last minute. The costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit (will be higher for stays of three weeks or more).
