There is underfloor heating throughout and surround-sound systems built in to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The open plan living area of this self-catering apartment is light and airy, with a large L-shaped sofa and large TV.  

There is a dining table for four by the expansive windows in front of the private front patio.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and even a wine cooler.

There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.

There is a spotless family bathroom, with a bath and shower over.

The train station is also roughly just a 7-10 minute walk away from the apartment, so a car is far from essential. If you do have a car, parking permits are available to purchase, which allow you to park on the street where the apartment is located, plus across a wide-section of Eastbourne.

All bed linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels), plus WiFi.
