There is underfloor heating throughout and surround-sound systems built in to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The open plan living area of this self-catering apartment is light and airy, with a large L-shaped sofa and large TV.  

There is a dining table for four by the expansive windows in front of the private front patio.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and even a wine cooler.

There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.

There is a spotless family bathroom, with a bath and shower over.

The train station is also roughly just a 7-10 minute walk away from the apartment, so a car is far from essential but parking permits are available for just £2 per day (free on Sundays) which allow you to park across a wide-section of Eastbourne.

All bed linen and towels are provided, along with little extras such toilet paper, handwash, cleaning supplies and enough tea, coffee and sugar for welcome drinks.  WiFi is included,

Rental information

Bookings cost from £750 per week in winter. Bookings run from Sunday-to-Sunday in peak season, but flexible check in days may also be possible out of season or at the last minute.
