Set on the first floor, the short let flat is in a prime location next to the lock, overlooking marina life, with fishing boats, cruisers and yachts passing by.
There is lift access, making this an excellent option for those with mobility challenges.

The private terrace provides a wonderful vantage point and an unusual benefit rarely offered in Sovereign Harbour, offering direct sunshine for much of the day.
This stylish short let is comfortable and practical, with comfortable seating, multi-channel TV available and DVD player. The dining table seats four.
The separate kitchen is well equipped for short lets, packed with all the utensils you’ll need, plus oven, hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and even a SodaStream.
The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) sleep up to four, making this an ideal choice for families or friends or colleagues.
The master bedroom has an ensuite (walk-in) shower room, and there is also a family bathroom, with a bath and hand-held shower.
All linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels), with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week.
WiFi is provided and there is a large allocated space in the secure underground car park (large enough for a 4 x 4 or small van). Children of any age are welcome.
Bookings run often from Saturday to Saturday, with weeks starting at £435 in winter, although flexible arrival days may be possible last minute and out of season. The costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit.
